TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works under the design-and-build formula for the project entitled “Investment in outpatient specialist care and the development of one-day care at the SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań”, within the scope enabling use for its intended purpose, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in the SWZ, the contract and the annexes to the contract, which form an integral part of the contract. The following four scopes of works form part of the above-mentioned project: a. Scope I – “Investment in outpatient specialist care and the development of one-day care at the SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań”, b.
