TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in the design-and-build formula consisting in the “Modernisation of part of the Specialist Hospital named after F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo in order to establish the Specialist Outpatient Care Centre” under the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Pomorza 2021-2027, Priority 6. European funds for a strong socially Pomorze (ERDF), Measure 6.7. Health infrastructure, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The investment location is within the premises of Szpitale Pomorskie, ul. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 2. The detailed scope of works covered by the contract is described in Annex No 2 and 5 to the SWZ. 3. Pursuant to Article 131(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor carry out a site visit before submitting the tender. For the purpose of the site visit and setting its date, please contact Ms Katarzyna Dąbkowska, tel. 58 572 72 40, between 8:00 and 13:00.
