TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of construction works in the “design and build” formula as part of the project titled: “Renovation of building No. 8a of the District Office in Zgorzelec” The subject of the contract is carried out in the “design and build” formula and includes: 1) preparation of technical, design-and-cost documentation along with obtaining the approvals, opinions, authorisations and decisions on a building permit required by law, including: renovation of the ground floor and the stairwell in building No. 8a of the District Office in Zgorzelec. 2) performance, on the basis of the prepared documentation and an effective building permit, of construction and installation works, including in particular demolition and dismantling works, demolition, removal of old and installation of new electrical installations, telecommunication/teletechnical installations, water and sewage (water-kan) installations, execution of hydrant installations, and finishing works.
