Execution of construction works as part of the arrangement of the Thinker’s Zone in the Museum of Asia and the Pacific in Warsaw The subject of the contract includes the performance of construction and installation works related to the construction of a windbreak lobby (wiatrołap) at the main entrance to the Museum of Asia and the Pacific named after Andrzej Wawrzyniak in Warsaw at Solec 24 Street, in particular: 1) organization and securing of the work front in an operational or partially operational museum facility; 2) measurements in situ, verification of dimensions, elevations, openings, plumb lines, levels and inter-trade collisions; 3) dismantling, demolition, removal or securing of existing elements to the extent necessary for the execution of the works; 4) repair works, supplementary works, brickwork infill/opening closures, making or adjusting openings, preparation of substrates and planes; 5) execution and installation of glass cladding, door joinery, repair and revitalization of existing doors, oak casings/linings, as well as painting works for walls and vertical surfaces, securing the work area and ancillary works directly related to the execution of these elements;…
