EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS AS PART OF THE INVESTMENT “CONSTRUCTION OF A DAY SUPPORT FACILITY TOGETHER WITH A FAB-LAB WORKSHOP” The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of construction works including the construction of the Day Support Facility building (PWD) together with the FAB-LAB Workshop, the construction of a section of Kasztanowa Street, and the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, in accordance with the design documentation, the Contract Award Terms, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, the building permit decisions, and the applicable provisions of law. The subject of the contract includes the execution of a complete public-use facility together with all construction, installation, finishing works, and the construction of a section of Kasztanowa Street in accordance with the designed site development, to the extent that ensures the full functionality of the building and the road and the possibility of using them for their intended purpose.
