Execution of construction works as part of the investment project entitled “Construction of a sidewalk along the county road No. 1881R Dębowiec – Załęże – Osiek Jasielski in the town of Załęże at km 2+090 – 2+290” 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the construction of a sidewalk along the county road No. 1881R Dębowiec – Załęże – Osiek Jasielski in the town of Załęże at km 2+090 – 2+290”. 2. The scope of works includes in particular: 1) construction of a trench/formation for road widening and for the sidewalk surface; 2) execution of sub-bases from crushed stone, including the lower and upper layers; 3) construction of concrete kerbs and concrete edgings; 4) construction of a surface from concrete C25/30 with polymer fibres, together with a sand bedding layer; 5) construction of the sidewalk and driveway aprons surface from concrete paving blocks; 6) construction of an asphalt surface, including the levelling (profiling) layer and the wearing course layer made from a mineral-asphalt mixture of crushed stone/gravel; 7) application of a bituminous tack coat to the asphalt surface; 8) level adjustment of inspection manholes and positional-and-level adjustment of storm…
