TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of construction works as part of the investment project entitled “Stary Rynek – a new edition – Stage I”. The subject matter of the contract includes the execution of construction works consisting in arranging and introducing new greenery within the area of Stary Rynek square, arranging small architecture elements, and replacing lighting streetlights at existing locations on plots with plot numbers 682/5 and 755/12, cadastral unit no. 8 - Śródmieście, on the basis of developed design documentation for which the architectural and construction administration authority did not raise any objection in the matter of the notification of intention to carry out the works (Certificate, reference number: WSU-III.6743.136.2026.MJ of 29 July 2026). The design provides for the creation of two large flowerbeds at the floor level on the south and north sides of the fountain, in the place of the previously existing small flowerbeds of very irregular shape, enclosed with low walls integrated with seating areas.
