EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS AS PART OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED “IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITION OF THE ROAD SURFACE OF UL. 27 STYCZNIA IN GNIEW (SECTION FROM UL. SOBIESKIEGO TOWARDS THE LOCALITY OF CIEPŁE TO THE CITY LIMIT)” 1. The subject matter of the contract is road works involving the renovation of the road surface and partial reconstruction of the poviat road no. 2880G as part of the project entitled “Improvement of the condition of the road surface of ul. 27 Stycznia in Gniew (section from ul. Sobieskiego towards the locality of Ciepłe to the city limit)”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) renovation of the bituminous surface – by milling the existing surface and constructing a bituminous overlay; 2) renovation of a sidewalk section – by replacing the kerbs and edgings and replacing the surface; 3) reconstruction of a pedestrian crossing – by eliminating the existing speed-calming humps and constructing an elevated pedestrian crossing. 3.
