TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works together with the supply and installation of materials, equipment and equipment for the purposes of the investment project entitled: ‘NASK Cybersecurity Centre’. The initial description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 16 to the SWZ. The design documentation and the STWiORB forming Appendix 1 to the SWZ contain information of a confidential nature. In connection with the above, pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall make the above-mentioned documentation available to those Contractors who directly submit a request for the aforementioned purpose, as referred to in Chapter III(6) and further provisions of this SWZ. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract is contained in Appendix 1 to the SWZ 3.
