TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works together with the supply and installation of materials, equipment and furnishings for the purposes of the investment project entitled: ‘NASK Cybersecurity Centre’. The initial description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 16 to the SWZ. Design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ contain information of a confidential nature. In view of the above, pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority shall make the above-mentioned documentation available to those Contractors who directly submit an appropriate request referred to in Chapter III, Section 6 and further provisions of the present SWZ. 2.
