Execution of construction works related to renovation and adaptation of rooms for warehouse functions (ul. Wąwozowa 34B and ul. Wąwozowa 34C) Kraków 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the renovation and adaptation of rooms for warehouse functions (ul. Wąwozowa 34B and ul. Wąwozowa 34C). The detailed scope of the works is defined by: 1) Technical Design 2) Bill of quantities, 3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, constituting annexes to the SWZ. Note: the contracting authority has filed an application for a building permit decision. The time limit for contract performance is conditional upon obtaining the building permit decision – the expected date for obtaining it is 20 September 2026. In the event that the procedure for obtaining the building permit decision is extended, until the decision is obtained the contractor may carry out other works falling within the scope of the contract, not covered by the requirement to have a building permit decision. 2.
