Execution of construction works related to the renovation of rooms on the 1st floor in the outbuilding of the building at 4 Mostowa Street in Kraków 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the renovation of rooms on the 1st floor in premises of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Kraków located in the outbuilding of the building at 4 Mostowa Street in Kraków. The scope of works includes, among others, the following works: 1) demolition works, 2) plastering works, 3) flooring works, 4) cladding works, 5) painting works, 6) in the scope of electrical and low-current installations, 7) related to the replacement of door and window joinery, 8) related to the construction of g-k partition walls, 9) related to the installation of suspended ceilings, 10) in the scope of water-supply, sewerage and c.o. sanitary installations, 11) in the scope of ventilation and air-conditioning installations, 12) cleaning and securing works. 2. The detailed scope of works is specified by: 1) Bill of quantities, 2) Materials schedule, 3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, constituting attachments to the SWZ (terms of reference).
