Additional information for section 5.1.3. Estimated duration: Contract performance period: 28 months from the date of execution of the Agreement, in accordance with § 4 of the Contract Conditions contained in Volume II of the SWZ, including: a) completion of all Works (subject to the point below), for the Basic Scope and Options (if they are triggered), confirmed by the Contracting Authority’s completion of the Last Final Acceptance, including handing over to the Contracting Authority complete as-built documentation and providing the Contracting Authority with a complete set of documents related to the certification process – 20 (twenty) months from the date of execution of the Agreement, b) providing the Contracting Authority with permits for authorisation to operate structural subsystems, in accordance with the Act on Railway Transport for the Basic Scope and Options (if they are triggered) – no longer than within 8 (eight) months from the date of the Contracting Authority’s completion of the Last Final Acceptance.
