Execution of road works as part of the project entitled “Expansion of the county road No. 7207S – Chorzowska Street in Gliwice using the area of a disused tram line” The subject of the contract includes comprehensive execution of construction works comprising the road industry branch within the project implemented by the Contracting Authority for the Investor (Gliwice city with powiat rights) entitled: “Expansion of county road No. 7207S – Chorzowska Street in Gliwice using the area of a disused 5 tram line”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning performance and acceptance, specify: 1) Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ (“Description of the subject of the contract”), 2) Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ (“Design documentation”) and additional statements and documents listed in Annex No. 1.1 or Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ, 3) Annex No. 2 (“Draft contract provisions”), which will be incorporated into the contract text – they define the detailed terms and rules for contract performance.
