TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a renovation of the external walls of a multi-family residential building at ul. Bardowskiego 34 and 34a in Częstochowa, which forms part of the municipal resources of the municipality managed and administered by Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego in Częstochowa Spółka z o.o., ul. Polskiej Organizacji Wojskowej 24, 42-200 Częstochowa. 2. The scope of performance covered by the subject of the contract is specified in the bill of quantities—Appendix No 7.1 to the SWZ and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB)—Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. In the contract price, the Contractor must include all costs necessary to perform the contract, arising directly from the SWZ, as well as those not included therein, and without which the contract cannot be performed. ATTENTION! The bills of quantities constituting appendices to this SWZ are merely auxiliary material for the Contractor in determining the price/s lump-sum price/s.
