Execution of demolition works of building structures along with the clearance of land of properties taken over by the State Water Holding Polish Waters as a result of post-flood purchase 4.1 The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of demolition works of building structures and land development elements on properties taken over by PGW Polish Waters as a result of post-flood purchase, including securing the area, disconnection or confirmation of disconnection of utilities, segregation, transport, and legal disposal of waste, backfilling of excavations, leveling and clearing of the land, as well as the preparation of complete as-built and acceptance documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Description of the subject of the contract.
