TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a cloakroom facility at the Primary School in Baborów” 1. The subject of the intended construction project is the construction of a changing-room and sanitary facilities building support area, on plot no. 35/3, cadastral district Baborowo, commune Szamotuły. As part of the project, the following will be carried out:· 2 container buildings,· External installations (connections are not included in the scope of the study),· Paved area at the entrance. Summary of areas:· Area of the investment site (part of plot 35/3): 1,750 m2· Area of plots 35/3 and 34/1 (school grounds): 4,857 m2· Existing built-up area of the school building on plots 35/3 and 34/1: 472 m2· Built-up area of the container: 14.79 m2· Total built-up area of the 2 designed containers: 29.58 m2· Existing paved area (concrete pavement): 100 m2· Designed paved area (paving stones): 7.3 m2 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in: a) Design-and-execution documentation – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; b) Bill of quantities – Annex No. 9 to the SWZ; c) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
