The subject of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – “Forests Act”), including work in the scope of silviculture and protection of forests, fire protection, and harvesting and skidding of timber to be carried out in the area of the forestry units of Blachownia, Aleksandria and Hutki in 2027. The place where the subject of the contract will be carried out will be the administrative area of the Herby Forest District. The performance of work included in the subject of the contract for Package I will take place within the area of the forestry units of Blachownia, Aleksandria and Hutki.
