TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: performance of transport services – carriage of persons within the territory of the country and outside the country’s borders to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, divided into two parts: Part No 1 – passenger transport for Military Units and Military Institutions located in Międzyrzecz, Wędrzyn, Skwierzyna, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Allied Forces and other countries’ units training at OSPWL Wędrzyn: - 1 passenger vehicle up to 5 seats (including the driver), - 4 minibuses up to 9 seats (including the driver), - 4 coaches up to 20 seats (including the driver), - 7 buses with 49 seats (including the driver), - 1 bus with 58 seats (including the driver). Performance of the service includes carriage of persons together with the driver on the specified route, either one way or both ways. The transport time includes breaks during the journey resulting from the Contracting Authority’s justified needs as well as technical breaks resulting from the driver’s obligations. Planned number of kilometres to be covered under the basic contract: 200 000 km. The Contractors shall not be entitled towards the Contracting Authority to any claims…
