1. The subject matter of the contract is: “Provision of winter road maintenance services in the winter season of 2026/2027 on county roads managed by the District Road Authority (Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg) in Działdowo”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: CPV – 90620000-9 snow-clearing services; 90630000-2 ice-removal services. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in: 1) the contract template – Appendix No. 8a; 8b; 8c; 8d; 8e; 8f to the SWZ; 2) Technical Specifications – Appendix No. 9a; 9b; 10a; 10b to the SWZ; 4. The minimum requirement for equipment for carrying out the provision of winter road maintenance services in the winter season of 2026/2027 on county roads managed by the District Road Authority (Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg) in Działdowo. Part No. 1 – Combating slipperiness on roads with a sand-salt mixture using a sand spreader with a plough on a single carrier, constituting a set for combating slipperiness.
