TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the regular collection and management of all municipal solid waste from areas managed by Urbitor Sp. z o. o., broken down into fractions: mixed waste, separately collected waste and bio-waste. 2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The remaining conditions for performance of the contract have been set out in the draft provisions of the agreement on the public contract, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ 1.
