TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for boarding school dormitories and boarding dormitory accommodation within the area of operation of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Branch. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for the relevant part. 3. Additional information for estimating the offer price is specified in Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ for the relevant part. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts in the negotiated procedure without publication (inquiry in accordance with the free-hand procedure), according to the rules set out in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. Detailed information regarding the repetition of similar services has been described in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for the relevant part. 1.
