Construction of a paved shoulder on DP2724W in Brzezinka (Karczew commune) 5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1) The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a paved shoulder on DP2724W in the town of Brzezinka, Karczew commune, along the section from plot no. 245 of precinct Brzezinka to the intersection with the municipal road plot no. 212/1 of precinct Brzezinka – scope indicated in the attached graphical documents. 2) As part of the project, the following tasks must be carried out: install kerbs, construct a surface of concrete paving blocks for the paved shoulder, construct a surface of concrete paving blocks for driveways, install channel/edge curbs, construct a surface of yellow tiles with raised studs, and widen the culvert for the shoulder for a total amount of PLN 400,000.00. 3) Execution of demolition works of existing elements of the sidewalk and driveways, i.e. kerbs, edge/side restraints, sidewalk surface, driveway surface and other elements, 4) Execution of excavating/levelling (“corytowanie”) to an average depth of 28 cm measured from the top of the paved shoulder surface and 38 cm measured from…
