Gromkowskiego at Koszarowa Street The subject of the contract is: Execution in the “Design and Build” formula of the task entitled THERMOMODERNISATION/ REMOVAL AND REPAIR of the roofing of building “B” located within the complex of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after J. Gromkowskiego at Koszarowa Street in Wrocław. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract have been specified in: 1) FUNCTIONAL-AND-UTILITY PROGRAM (hereinafter referred to as “PFU”) – Annex 1 to the SWZ, 2) Documentation for the FUNCTIONAL-AND-UTILITY PROGRAM Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, 3) Contract template – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
