Acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority is the Municipal Housing Management Board (Miejski Zarząd Budynków Mieszkalnych) in Tychy, through its organizational unit: the Technical Department (Dział Techniczny), with its registered office in Tychy at 31 Filaretów Street.
