The subject of the contract is the execution of an internal central heating installation and domestic hot water, supplied from a two-function (dual-purpose) heat substation, together with the installation of domestic hot water meters and heat meters, the adaptation of the vestibule/entryway room into a heat substation room, the thermal insulation of the ceiling and external walls, and the reconstruction of rooms in a detached two-unit residential building at Noniewicza 31 Street in Suwałki, on plot no. 11155/7, which is owned by the Municipality of the City of Suwałki.2.
