TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of an internal gas installation and internal central heating (c.o.) installations based on dual-function gas boilers in apartments No 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the multi-family residential building at 13 Warszawska Street in Częstochowa. The scope of work is consistent with the construction design. 2. The scope of performance covered by the subject of the contract is defined by the bill of quantities — Appendix No 7.1 to the SWZ, the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) — Appendix No 8 to the SWZ and the construction design — Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. In the offer price, the Contractor must include all costs necessary to carry out the contract, arising directly from the SWZ, as well as those not included therein, and without which the contract cannot be performed. NOTE! The bill of quantities constituting an attachment to this SWZ is merely supporting material for the Contractor for determining the lump-sum price.
