The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the project entitled: “Renovation and conversion of Building No. 1 of the Dr. Leon Szuman Social Welfare Home at 220 Szosa Chełmińska Street in Toruń”. 1.2. Guidelines for carrying out the subject matter of the contract: 1) The Social Welfare Home at 220 Szosa Chełmińska Street is located on plot no. 736/4 within cadastral precinct no. 32. Building No. 1 has three above-ground storeys and a basement. 2) The building is not subject to conservator protection. The area is not covered by a local spatial development plan. 3) The basement part is excluded from the scope of renovation and conversion, except for cases where it will be necessary to run installations.
