TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to prepare multi-disciplinary design-and-cost estimate documentation for the extension of the District Court building in Grodzisk Mazowiecki at Bartniaka Street 21/23, together with the reconstruction of the existing court building. The subject of the contract will be carried out in three stages: a) stage I: preparation of the concept, b) stage II: preparation of the construction design together with the filing of an application for a building permit, c) stage III: preparation of the execution designs, STWiORB, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, participation in the meeting of the Technical-Economic Commission, as well as obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the final decision on the building permit, and providing support to the Contracting Authority when answering questions from contractors at the stage of conducting the tender procedure to select a contractor for construction works.
