TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the felling of trees together with stump milling along the voivodeship roads, with the purchase of timber originating from the felling, in accordance with the terms of the SWZ. Task No. 1 – Local Branch in Głubczyce (132 pcs.). The scope of tree felling includes trees in accordance with Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. The value of timber estimated in accordance with the lumberjacking estimate, using the price list applicable to the Contracting Authority, is: Task No. 1 – Local Branch in Głubczyce Heating wood (S4) in the quantity of: 258.76 m3 – PLN 29,003.46 (incl. VAT 23%). The scope of the contract includes performing the felling of trees, stump milling, and clearing the road verge after the felling, with settlement of the service by the timber obtained by the Contractor. If the value of the service estimated by the Contractor is lower than the value of the timber obtained, the Contractor shall pay the difference between the value of the tree-felling service and the value of the timber.
