Execution of an exit to the roof in Block B1 in the Ministry of Finance building The subject matter of the contract is the performance of an exit to the roof in Block B1 in the Ministry of Finance building, in accordance with the developed design documentation, which constitutes Annex No 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions, hereinafter referred to as “PPU”. The detailed scope of the works and the method of their execution and acceptance are specified in the PPU, constituting Annex D to the SWZ, and in the following documentation, in particular: 2.2.1 design documentation, hereinafter referred to as “Documentation”, constituting Annex No 1 to the PPU; 2.2.2 information on the site where the subject of the contract is to be carried out, the organization of construction works, environmental protection and the facilities provided for the Contractor’s needs, requirements regarding the execution of works, Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, which together constitute Annex No 1a to the PPU.
