TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.3. The subject of this contract includes the following Stages: 3.3.1. Stage 1 - execution of the Task, including the following scopes: 3.3.1.1. Preparation of design works – creation of the Exhibition Documentation and execution of approved material samples and prototypes; 3.3.1.2. Execution of construction works along with accompanying conservation works and archaeological research based on the Design Documentation preceded by: 3.3.1.3. Preparation of photographic, photogrammetric documentation and 3D scanning of the elevations, roof and chimneys, as well as preparation of condition registers as a basis for further conservation activities and construction works within the given scopes. 3.3.1.4. Preparation and handing over to the Contracting Authority of photographic documentation for the given scope is a necessary condition to commence works and tasks in this scope. 3D scanning of the elevations, roof and chimneys constitutes a necessary condition to commence works respectively on elevations, roof and chimneys. 3.3.1.5. Preparation of condition registers is required, however their delivery and acceptance date does not constitute a condition for the commencement of works.…
