TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Performance of maintenance treatments for 389 pcs of roadside trees growing along Voivodeship Road DW 590 on the section Reszel - Robawy and DW 594 on the section Robawy - Święta Lipka (historic avenue) within the area of operation of Road District No. 2 in Sędławki and Road District No. 4 in Mrągowo. 2. The contract will be performed in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. During the term of the contract, the Contractor is required to have at its disposal persons and technical potential (tools, plant equipment and technical devices) in the assortment and quantities necessary for proper and timely performance of the contract. 4. The contract will be performed in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 13), with the Act of 23 April 1964 - the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 795) and the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 793, as amended). 1.
