The subject of the contract includes carrying out ongoing renovation works and permanent maintenance of a nature involving sanitary installations in construction facilities and other properties administered by the Municipal Services Company Sp. z o. o. in Koszalin, ul. Komunalna 5, as well as in the scope of urgent sanitary installation works.
