Execution of ongoing roof repairs for the University in the AGH buildings complex in Kraków – KC-DE-zp.25.517.2026 The subject of the contract is renovation works for roofs commissioned successively in line with the Client’s current needs, including, in particular: 1. Carrying out demolition and preparatory works. 2. Laying roof covering with underlay felt using thermally bonded (heat-welded) method. 3. Laying roof covering with top felt for exposed layer using thermally bonded (heat-welded) method. 4. Laying roof covering with a PVC and EPDM roofing membrane. 5. Laying roof covering with sheet metal. 6. Installing roof covering with ceramic and cement roof tiles. 7. Carrying out sheet-metal flashings and fittings. 8. Replacing gutters and downspouts. 9. Cleaning gutters, downspouts and channels of leaves and dirt. 10. Installing bird protection measures. 11. Painting works on metal elements. 12. Removing snow and ice from roofs.
