The subject of the contract is the performance of cleaning and ancillary activities related to medical services in hospital wards and in medical and administrative premises of Mazowieckie Specialist Health Care Centre named after Prof. Jan Mazurkiewicz with its registered office in Pruszków at two locations: • Mazowieckie Specialist Health Care Centre named after Prof. Jan Mazurkiewicz with its registered office in Pruszków at ul. Partyzantów 2/4, 05-802 Pruszków. • Mental Health Centre II with its registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. Żydowska 19, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki. 1.
