TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of water rescue services. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main item: 75252000-7 (Rescue services). 3. The provision of water rescue services in accordance with the scope of duties set out in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ shall be carried out in the main pool or in the Aqua Park of the indoor swimming facility located on the premises of AWF Warsaw, Branch in Biała Podlaska, ul. Akademicka 2, in accordance with the applicable rules and conditions specified in legal provisions, in particular the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714, as amended). 4. The Contracting Authority intends to employ 12 lifeguards. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. Economic entities and individuals may apply for the contract. A contractor who is an individual may submit an offer only for one part of the contract. The offer must cover the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract for the given part.
