TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the service of performing comprehensive service maintenance of apparatus and equipment of the Central Sterilization Unit. The subject of the contract consists of 16 parts. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, list of devices, quantities, and method of contract execution are contained in the attachments to the Terms of Reference (ToR), specifically: • Annex 1 – Price form, • Annex 2 - Description of the subject of the contract (ToR) with attachments: a) Guidelines regarding validation (revalidation). • Annex 3 - Draft contracts with attachments: a) List of Equipment divided into parts 3. The Contractor, as part of the provided service, is obliged to comply with and adhere to the applicable laws relevant to the subject of the contract, to hold appropriate authorizations and to bear full responsibility in case of their violation. 4. The Contractor is required to have access to consumable parts and all necessary parts to perform repairs. 1.
