TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of works consisting in ongoing inspections, maintenance, repairs and servicing of equipment at playgrounds, outdoor gyms and other facilities located on areas managed and administered by the City of Warsaw Greenery Board (Zarząd Zieleni m.st. Warszawy). 1) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into the following parts: Part 1 – Facilities in the Śródmieście District, 2. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, together with a list of facilities that are the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No 1 to the OPZ, a list of equipment at the individual Facilities – Appendix No 2 to the OPZ, and Price Forms for the individual parts (lists of services together with unit prices), constituting Appendices No 10a to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), up to the amount of 100% of the basic contract.
