TENDER DESCRIPTION

Carrying out works related to ongoing maintenance of road carriageways and sidewalks on the streets of the City of Leszno in 2026 and 2027. “Carrying out works related to ongoing maintenance of road carriageways and sidewalks on the streets of the City of Leszno in 2026 and 2027”Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45233142-6 road repair works, 45233140-2 roadworks. 2. The contract covers carrying out works related to ongoing maintenance of carriageways and sidewalks, i.e. repairs of surfaces made of prefabricated concrete elements or stone elements, fragmented replacement of pavement structure, height adjustment of underground utility devices, and all other works related to the ongoing maintenance of the streets of the City of Leszno in the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, excluding partial repairs of bituminous pavements, levelling of unpaved ground surfaces, combating winter slipperiness, and horizontal and vertical road markings. The scope of works to be performed and the deadline for their implementation will each time be specified by the Contracting Authority in a separate work order.
