TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of medical examinations services, specialist consultations, and occupational safety and health services within occupational medicine, for soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence military units and institutions, stationed in the city of Grudziądz, Grupa and Gardeja, in the years 2027-2028, supplied by the 13th Military Supply Unit in Grudziądz. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: performing medical examinations services, specialist consultations in the field of occupational medicine together with conducting periodic on-site workplace reviews (at least once a year) and participation of the occupational medicine doctor in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) committees (as required), in accordance with the requirements and conditions of performance specified in the drafted contract terms and the detailed list of services, for soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence of the following military units and institutions: soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence military units and institutions stationed in the city of Grudziądz, Grupa and Gardeja:  13th Military Supply Unit, ul.
