TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance services for an built-up property located at ul. Solskiego 35 and 41 in Bielsko – Biała. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts in the procedure of negotiated procedure without prior publication, on the terms set out in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. Detailed information regarding the repetition of similar services is described in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 1.
