TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of periodic maintenance and repairs of lifting devices in trucks equipped with self-loading devices such as HIAB, MULTILIFT and repair and maintenance of cranes on truck chassis for the needs of the 41st Training Air Base in Dęblin and units on supply. Services must be performed in accordance with all requirements specified in Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and in accordance with the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The terms and conditions of executing this contract are also specified in the "draft provisions of the public procurement contract to be included in the public procurement contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contract is not divided into (parts). The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers, whereby the Contracting Authority understands that the contractor may submit an offer for the full scope of the contract.
