TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of care services, including specialised care services 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of care services, including specialised care services (hereinafter collectively referred to as: “services”, and separately referred to as: “care services” and/or “SCS”), as referred to in the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance and implementing regulations issued on the basis of that Act. 2. The services will be provided for the Mikołów Centre for Social Services. 3. The estimated quantity of services for the entire contract is 52,200 hours, of which: care services 52,000 hours, and SCS 200 hours. NOTE: Due to the specific nature of the services, the Contracting Authority informs that the quantities given above are forecast, i.e. they constitute estimated data and during the term of performance of the contract the quantity will depend on the actual number of persons covered by the services and their needs, and will change during implementation. The Contracting Authority will pay remuneration only for the actual time during which the services are provided.
