TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the removal of segregated solid waste from the real properties of the Ministry of Finance: 2.1.1 at Świętokrzyska 12 Street in Warsaw, 2.1.2 located in the Warsaw Wola district (the property located in the Wola district; address details will be completed when the contract is signed), hereinafter referred to as “the properties”, consisting in making waste containers available to the Contracting Authority, transporting them, placing them in locations indicated by the Contracting Authority on the premises of the properties, and removing the waste containers from the premises of the properties — for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of conclusion of the Contract, but no earlier than from 9 January 2027, under the basic contract, subject to § 2(2) and (3) of the PPU. 2.2 Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor (or a subcontractor, where applicable) employ, under an employment contract, persons who drive vehicles used for receiving waste and who perform waste loading and receiving activities.
