TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is forestry management services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – “Act on Forests”) including work in the field of mechanical timber harvesting and skidding, silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist development of the forest, work related to management in a forest nursery, as well as fencing and breaking up forest crops for implementation in the area of the Cewice Forest District (forest districts: Okalice, Maszewo, forest nursery in Okalice) in 2027. Planned start and end date for the contract performance: 02.01.2027r.-31.12.2027r. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP in the period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The scope of substantive services that are the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
