TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 12145 – “Forests Act”) comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and haulage, as well as forest nursery work and forest seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Głęboki Bród Forest District in 2027. The scope of work covered by the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and haulage, and forest nursery work and forest seed production, resulting from Annex No 2 to the SWZ (tender specifications), which consists of annexes 2.1 to 2.4.2. The scope of work listed in the annexes forming part of Annex No 2 is of an estimated nature.
