The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – “Forest Act”) covering work in the scope of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding timber for execution within the area of the forest division of Gostyń, Zgoń, Czarków in 2027.
