TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – “Forest Act”), comprising work in the areas of silviculture and protection of forests, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of timber, as well as seed production and selection, incidental use, development for tourism purposes, and for Package IV, additionally work in the area of nursery management, to be carried out within the area of the Koniecpol Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the contract comprises the total quantities of work in the areas of silviculture and protection of forests, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of timber, as well as seed production and selection, incidental use, development for tourism purposes, and for Package IV, additionally work in the area of nursery management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are indicative. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential characteristics of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists…
