TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is forestry management services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 567) – “Forest Act”, covering work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber extraction operations to be carried out within the area of the Nowe Ramuki Forest District in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The substantive scope of the services forming the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
